Jan 30th Query by Vetting Committee to Mr. Parker about correction.

1) Due to a software calculation error and a typing input error, I corrected the total contributions maintained field and two contributors misspelled names respectively.

2) It is required by law to report in-kind contributions for services of which are performed ongoing every month.

3) For my opponent (Dawson) to start targeting my wife is not only ridiculous, is shows the level of desperation and lack of character that makes him unworthy of being an elected official. While, the Federal Election Campaign Act (the Act)  U.S.C. § 30121 and generally, 11 CFR 110.20 in general, prohibits certain foreign nationals from making any campaign contributions or donations, the Act does not prohibit individuals with permanent resident status (commonly referred to as “green card holders”) from making contributions or donations in connection with federal, state or local elections, as they are not considered foreign nationals. Further, the State of Texas does not restrict such contributions. Moreover, this is a moot point, given this is my money and my wife is a legal immigrant green card holder!"
