Pros

Resident of The Woodlands since 2009.
Working on PhD in Leadership, which he claims is lacking on the Township Board.
Served on Grogan's Mill Village Association.
Says incorporation will happen, just not sure when (that should be). He claims there's not enough info in hand right now. Unclear how he would vote.

Cons

Does not seem to have a vision of where he wants The Woodlands to go.
Not sure what his energy level would be on the township board.
Touts his knowledge & experience but appears to us that he doesn't have the knowledge one would think of issues that the city would face.
Is for establishing a new (budget) office of government (for efficiency and to save money). Another layer of government?
Frequently falls back on citing having incomplete information to answers.
Answers tend to beat around the bush – vague. You have to pin him down to understand his positions. Has trouble citing specifics.
Unable to really name any specific advantages of incorporating now.
Did not attend any of the Special Planning meetings on incorporation
Doesn't seem to have a good grasp on the Property Tax system.
Doesn't seem to have a good grasp on mobility issues.
Seems to think highly of himself. Somewhat arrogant.
