PROS

1. Claims to be and comes across as a fiscal conservative in his some of his answers and video interview.
2. Is an engineer by education and trade and it might be a welcome addition to the board - but not necessarily during this transition from the Township to Incorporation.
3. He's not a fan of developer/commissioner run township, as The Woodlands is now and is behind Incorporation.

CONS

1. Has run for several offices in the area - LSC position; as well as Township a couple of times - DQ’d once - misfiled

2. Seemed to come across as fiscally conservative, but then said TW should build Disneyland style parks to generate revenue(when TW is basically land-locked, except for Howard Hughes Corp).  

3. Also wished the riverwalk boat (money-losers) were back as tourist attractions. 

4. Suggested skating rink, museums and Performing Arts center should be paid w/tax dollars as an “investment”

5. In addition, there were several important questions left unanswered in our Q(such as what was the tax rate - the no new tax rate - of .2231).  That's on the ballot.
