Pros

Facilities Maintenance Construction Project Manager with a large school district that has also had prior experience with global projects and managed day-to-day operations. Relevant experience w/big budgets;
Hands-on includes working at many technical capacities, managing complex finances, budgets & contracts, successfully designing and delivering time-critical projects around the globe
Transparent-minded, who's fiscally conservative disposition against government waste and overspending.
Opposes any public funds for private use
Supports zero-based budgeting (better forecasting, accountability and transparency tool).
Recognizes the nepotism in the county, a reason he stepped up to run
Agrees that forced mandates for vaccines and masks is unconstitutional

Cons

New to the MoCo political scene. However, even from an outside viewpoint, he can see the issues w/in the county;
May be somewhat forgiving of someone's personal shortcomings, if that person's getting the job done (which can be shortsighted);
Doesn't see to have a problem w/commissioners extremely high salaries.
