- Chose not to participate in our vetting process
- Assesment from other residents is that he approves and supports the status quo.
- Voted in 4/12/17 workshop to remove the "At-Will" agreement for the City Administrator(in fact all employees), which puts the City at Greater Risk of a lawsuit from the employees and removes the tort cap for potential damages
- Claims by residents of no oversight nor accountability
- Rubberstamps what the city administrator and 2 other city councilmen decide to form a 3-2 vote on most everything
- On August 26, 2015 (Resolution No. R-15-006), he along w/Council Member Jean Teague and Darrell Frazier voted themselves a stipend of $10,500, along with $1,500 cell phone/ipad reimbursement and availaibility of 75% Insurance coverage.
- Comes across as free-government spender.
