General

Please describe what you believe are the most significant issues in this race, why and what you'll do to address them?

One can provide a lengthy list, however it boils down to one thing and that is we must keep MoCo Red because so goes the county, the state and the country.  Sticking to a constitutionalist and conservative path is the only way out society will survive.

Do you promise, if elected, to abide by the RPT platform? And if not, please enumerate what problems you have.

Yes, No problems with the platform whatsoever

What differentiates you from your opponents?

When I found out I had an opponent I did some research and they are a republican in name only.  They are completely the antithesis of conservativism

  • They do not support the rule of law or the rules - They support the lawlessness of the current MoCo Chairman despite the unanimous RPT vote against the chairman’s lawlessness
  • They support Tax increases with no oversight as to how the funds are spent
  • They are opposed to any sort of School Voucher Programs as I describe below
  • They do not support the current bylaws of the MoCo RP
  • They support Open borders, amnesty and sanctuary cities
  • They do not have a clear Position on the 2nd amendment
  • They will work to disrupt the MoCo RP such that more democrats will win in November
  • They want things in the MoCo RP to go back to the way that they were under the now retiring chairman.
  • And so on…

As you read the responses below they are lukewarm at best and totally the opposite at worst on all of my positions.

What best describes your political ideology most(circle only one).
1.        Republican
2.        Grassroots
3.        Conservative
4.        Tea Party

Paleo Conservative

Please list 3 federal agencies that are popular in our culture and should be abolished

IRS, EPA, NEA

Should Texas GOP limit their elected officials to 8 years or less from the same office, even though it will force some good candidates to leave an office?

Yes, Politics is not a Career.  You should live under the laws you impose on others and not in a lifetime ivory tower.  This is what the founding fathers intended they didn’t put term limits in the constitution because they thought that any rational person would not say and make it lifetime career

When you leave office what accomplishment/s do you want to be your hallmark, your legacy, and why?

That I never caved on my beliefs and principals of being a Christian and a Conservative.

Taxes

What form of federal tax law do you support (e.g., current, flat tax, fair tax, other) and why?

None, Prior to the 16th Amendment there was no Income tax.  Once the Income tax was passed it becaue a tool to destroy and the result was also bloated government.  We should go back to the tax plan the founders intended to sustain the government to provide for the common defence and the general welfare.  Many projects that are government funded can be handled by the private sector faster, less expensive, and safer.  The federal government is not the solution but it IS the problem.

A couple of years ago, a resolution was put forth by MoCo GOP to institute a 20% Homestead Exemption.  Did you support or oppose this and why?

Support, however to be honest I don't feel it went far enough.  I would rather a higher exemption

2nd Amendment - guns

Do you believe the Second Amendment grants an individual right or a militia right?

Absoloute Individual right

10th Amendment

Please explain your interpretation of the Tenth Amendment and the principle of nullification. Do states have a right of nullification? What should the federal government do if a state attempts nullification?

The States are Sovereign and their sovereignty is superior to that of the Federal Government.  The United States was brought together so that the states could act in their own best self-interest (common defense, general welfare & etc.).  When the federal government imposes regulations that hurt a state and its citizens then that state has the sovereign right to oppose the federal government’s imposition of that law.

Other civil liberty

Do you support or oppose federal funding for Planned Parenthood and other agencies that perform abortions, both in the U.S. and abroad (even if they use money derived from other sources)?

We should not give Planned Parenthood or any other agency that performs abortions a single dime of Taxpayer funds

At what point should the "right to life" or "personhood" be granted to new human beings (e.g., at conception, birth, 5 days old, etc)? What action, if any, will you take to reflect this in law?

At Conception.  I would recommend outlawing all abortions unless it is to save the life of the mother.  No other exceptions.  I hold the parent and Medical Personnel who perform any such abortion other than noted criminally liable.

Education

Do you support or oppose allowing parents direct the flow of federal education funds (e.g., to their school or home school of choice)? Support? Oppose? Please explain.

Absolutely, I support a 100% voucher system.  By that I mean that 100% of the funds that are paid to a government school for a child should be available for parents to send their child to private, charter, home school, & etc.  The Government school system has been taught by Marxist educators.

As a result we now have at least 3 generations large chunks of them that think socialism is a good idea, entitlement mentality, and looking for safe spaces.  The focus is not if there is a useful, productive young person that can read, write or do arithmetic but rather parents asking the schools to keep their kids longer so they have free babysitting, the “feelings” students and to make sure they have a safe space.

Contrast that with children who have parents that can afford to place their children in private schools or homeschool them.  They are some of the most intelligent, well rounded, and disciplined young adults that I know.

Ethics

Do you agree with precinct chairs involvement in republican primaries? Why or why not?

Yes, because that is where the real election generally occurs.

What's your impression of GOP Speaker Dennis Bonnen after he was caught offering a Quid Pro Quo to Empower Texans Michael Quinn Sullivan?  Should Speaker Bonnen resign?  Should he suffer legal ramifications for his action/s?

Bonnen should basically be locked up.  What he did was criminal.

Is there anything in your background of an embarrassing nature that should be explained before your election? Arrests/Convictions? Bankruptcys?

About 30 years ago I was involved in an altercation with trespassers on to my property.  I brandished a shotgun and told them to leave because I was out numbered and did not know their intent because they attacked my dog.  I was arrested and charged with Aggrivated assault in Glendale Arizona.  The Case was thrown out at the preliminary hearing because the judge basically said the arrest was ridiculous since I was on my property and I had a right to feel threatened because of the circumstances.

Immigration

What, if anything, should be done to protect our borders from illegal immigration?

Build the Wall and deploy the National Guard.  This is not what portrayed by the Leftists Democrats, Moderate republicans and RINOs as a peaceful migration of families.  On the contrary it is an invasion of our sovereign state and nation and should be treated as such.  These invaders do not come here to assimilate as migrants in the 1800s and prior did.  These invaders come to loot and pillage from this country what we have fought and died for since both Texas and the United States were born.

Amnesty comes in many forms.  What's your view as it pertains to Texas?

As the former head of ICE said in congressional testimony if people want amnesty then they need to go to the US Consulate in their country and apply for it legally.  Coming here and breaking the laws and then obtaining citizenship and then saying you’ll obey the laws of the US you are breaking your oath of citizenship before you get started.

Transportation

Do you support or oppose the referendum passed by both the MoCo GOP Executive Committee and SREC to allow voters, at the statewide level, to decide in the voting booth whether or not they want a particular toll road?  Why or why not?

Support, For too long the Good ‘ol Boy Network of Closet Democrats who are really Republicans in name only would decide by edict to impose additional road taxes via tolls.  I’ve seen the horror of how messed up things are in the DFW metro area with variable tolls and toll roads so intertwined with the state and county funded roads that you need a GPS to avoid.  The 242 Flyover Toll ramp was the last straw for me.

Did you take a public position on the May 9, 2015 Road Bond, and if so, what was it? And in a few sentences, explain why.

Strongly opposed it because there was a complete lack of accountability with the MoCo County Commissioners court who until recently sought every way they could line the pockets of their friends, family, and contractors.

Other

What does being a conservative mean to you?

Preserve our heritage and what it truly means to be a Christian first, Spouse, Parent, Texan and American in that order.  If we lose the order of those and the quality of each of those roles in society then our society will collapse.  Every organization left untended starts with tolerance, then dilution and then dissolution or decay.  The traditions of each role must be transmitted to the next generation for our society to survive.

Do you support the Montgomery County Republican Party By-Laws as adopted by the CEC on 6/26/18?  And if not, why not?

Absoloutely, The MoCo RP was sorely in need of reform and conservative involvement was being crushed by a heavy handed lefward leaning chairman for decades and those whom the chairman "rewarded".  This is not public service but seeking to gain power, fame and fortune at the expense of the party platform this was unacceptable. Giving more possibilities of involvement for more members of the Republican party of MoCo is what is needed to keep MoCo Red.
