declared

Born in Houston, Harris County, TX, I have served in Law Enforcement, Fire and EMS, and have deployed on several occasions as a United States Army Soldier Medic. I have fought corruption and crimes most of my adult life, and have found solace in fighting for others. Growing up in Harris County the middle child out of 3, I watched my father and mother work hard for what is now just being given away. I am married to a public school teacher and run a successful business that provides for the future of my (3) children. I would like to recruit stronger candidates that can mirror the values we expect in conservative leadership and strengthen our Republican Party influence across the state while holding these candidates and elected officials firm to our values. I currently perform Safety and Security within the Energy and Exploration World, I am a subject matter expert in Human Trafficking in certain areas of the world, and I work in bringing meaniful nonintrusive legislation to our State. I am an Executive member of the State Republican Party, I have helped in creation of successfully passed legislation, I help to champion successful candidates and I work to keep our great incumbents successful. I am helping in presenting the Conservative Grassroots Growth across our State and within Growing the Conservative Base and Understanding within our elected officials

Questionnaire

General

Please describe what you believe are the most significant issues in this race, why and what you'll do to address them?

Promotion of the party and it’s ideals in an area the party is not present.

Do you promise, if elected, to abide by the RPT platform? And if not, please enumerate what problems you have.

YES

What differentiates you from your opponents?

Subject matter understanding, task orientation, service under the constitution, occasional humility.

What best describes your political ideology most(circle only one).
1.        Republican
2.        Grassroots
3.        Conservative
4.        Tea Party

Republican. It encompasses all of the above.

Please list 3 federal agencies that are popular in our culture and should be abolished

IRS, Department of Education, Environmental Protection Agency.

Should Texas GOP limit their elected officials to 8 years or less from the same office, even though it will force some good candidates to leave an office?

Only if the GOP can get that passed within our state constitution.

When you leave office what accomplishment/s do you want to be your hallmark, your legacy, and why?

That I encouraged people to Love TeXaS, and Love the United States of America... For their original intent.

Taxes

What form of federal tax law do you support (e.g., current, flat tax, fair tax, other) and why?

A user tax or consumption tax is the only federal tax I’ll support.

A couple of years ago, a resolution was put forth by MoCo GOP to institute a 20% Homestead Exemption.  Did you support or oppose this and why?

I supported this, and I testified in Commissioner’s Court for it. The property taxes in Montgomery County, along with Appraisals, & Special Utility Districts is too damn high!

2nd Amendment - guns

Do you believe the Second Amendment grants an individual right or a militia right?

Yes. SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED!

10th Amendment

Please explain your interpretation of the Tenth Amendment and the principle of nullification. Do states have a right of nullification? What should the federal government do if a state attempts nullification?

States should be able to nullify laws outside the scope of the federal government which are defined in the Constitution. Nullification is a State’s right if they choose to do so. The feds should accept the Will of the People. “united” States of America was the original intent.

Other civil liberty

Do you support or oppose federal funding for Planned Parenthood and other agencies that perform abortions, both in the U.S. and abroad (even if they use money derived from other sources)?

I DO NOT SUPPORT ANY FORM OF ABORTION/MURDER of the unborn.

At what point should the "right to life" or "personhood" be granted to new human beings (e.g., at conception, birth, 5 days old, etc)? What action, if any, will you take to reflect this in law?

CONCEPTION. I will continue to fight for the rights of the innocent.

Education

Do you support or oppose allowing parents direct the flow of federal education funds (e.g., to their school or home school of choice)? Support? Oppose? Please explain.

ABOLISH THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION. Parents should take action & resposibility for their own children and their future. All funds should be from local economy, not Federal at all. If the State creates a successful education environment, accept and use it. If not, create your own, or move somewhere that does.

Ethics

Do you agree with precinct chairs involvement in republican primaries? Why or why not?

promoting a race, yes. Precinct Chairs should create the system of inclusion not division. Hosting a Candidate Forumn for all on the ballot to be included and promote the party’s core principles is best. Working for one candidate over the other, no way should that be common place.

What's your impression of GOP Speaker Dennis Bonnen after he was caught offering a Quid Pro Quo to Empower Texans Michael Quinn Sullivan?  Should Speaker Bonnen resign?  Should he suffer legal ramifications for his action/s?

Speaker Bonnen should resign, its clear he will not be prosecuted. Speaker Bonnen should also be banned from the party, along with Dustin Burrows, and never be allowed affiliation or recognition again.

Is there anything in your background of an embarrassing nature that should be explained before your election? Arrests/Convictions? Bankruptcys?

Nothing embarrassing in my background that should be explained. Will entertain all questions.

Immigration

What, if anything, should be done to protect our borders from illegal immigration?

nothing. Immigration is not illegal.

However, if you are discussing illegal entry, All facets of barriers and detection is your best physical option, wall, aerial recon, armed agents with expanded rules of engagement surveillance 200 miles into neighboring country with a QRF on standby, most of COMPREHENSIVE LEGISLATIVE REFORM. Make sure to have strong conversations worldwide with other countries and deny passage or take off of planes and or boats, that have questionable immigrants boarding.

Amnesty comes in many forms.  What's your view as it pertains to Texas?

amnesty should not be tolerated in Texas, or the US. We have a diplomatic arena and process already set up for real needs of asylum.

Transportation

Do you support or oppose the referendum passed by both the MoCo GOP Executive Committee and SREC to allow voters, at the statewide level, to decide in the voting booth whether or not they want a particular toll road?  Why or why not?

I believe voters should be the decision of all projects of infrastructure that will shoulder a burden of debt and potential redirection of flood drainage upon us.

Did you take a public position on the May 9, 2015 Road Bond, and if so, what was it? And in a few sentences, explain why.

I opposed the Road Bond. The officials in position at the time were not competent to oversee the planned bond inclusions and projects.

Other

What does being a conservative mean to you?

Being Bound to the US Constitution as written, subject to the Laws, Rules, & Authority under which I submit, and a Steward of what the Lord Jesus Christ My Creator has given me.

Do you support the Montgomery County Republican Party By-Laws as adopted by the CEC on 6/26/18?  And if not, why not?

YES
