Apparently, Chris Jones has had some other personal issues that we're currently investigating.  One is that apparently he is/was in a Nutrition type business (Momenturm Direct) w/his brother (Robert B. Jones) back in 2007. Hundreds of compaints were filed related to overcharging customers on their charge cards. Attorney General (at the time) Abbott agreed and the final judgment ordered in addition to $150,000 in consumer restitution, the defendants had to pay $145,000 in attorneys’ fees and a $30,000 civil penalty to the state.
