This race starts at the 1:11:00 mark.  At 1:32:00, Christ erroneously states that the (MoCo Party Chair) is ultimately responsible for oversite of the party funds, which is not true.  The Treasurer is responsible for the general funds of the party and filing (w/the TX  Ethics Commision). The Chairmman is only statutorally responsble the fund (from the SOS) to run the primary.  At the 1:40:00 mark, a questionnaire (Stephaie Gray), served up a question regarding the County Party Chair endorsing in the primary (apparently unaware that the currect Chair endorsed her own candidate).  At the 2:01:30 mark, Bouche accurately remarked that Mr. Christ has not attended CEC meetings, nor many of the debates.
