Please describe the qualifications and experience that make you the best candidate for the office you are seeking.

Prior candidate for US Congress vs. Brady in 1998 (experience in how to run a congressional campaign); 27-years of proven selfless service to America and demonstrated exceptional leadership (leadership is desperately needed in the US House!); husband of 31 years to my sweetheart; father and grandfather to a large and beautiful family; Masters in Public Affairs/Policy; I love America and I have taken a solemn Army Officer vow many times over, to protect and preserve the US Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic and this vow is sacred and worth the giving of my life or serving where none of my peer officers ever dare serve: in the US House of Representatives.  I have lived a life of preparation for this service, at this time in my life.  I am a WARRIOR and have the heart for the fight and the tenacity and courage to win the fight.  Now, more than ever, we need WARRIORS to fight for We the People in Washington.  I am that WARRIOR.

What should be America's course of action in regard to Iran's nuclear capabilities?

     President Obama has desecrated the US Constitution in blatantly by-passing the 2/3 senatorial approval mandate of Article 2, Section 2 for all US treaties (it was the Iran Nuclear Treaty, not the “Iran Agreement”).  He has willfully, knowingly aided and abetted a declared enemy of the United States of America (Iran) who openly funds American-labeled terrorist organizations (Hamas and Hezbollah) who currently kill Americans for political gain. 

     Were I in Congress today, I would file Articles of Impeachment against the President of the United States for these above stated heinous “high crimes” and work to move them through the House to ensure that President Obama becomes only the third president in American history to be impeached for his wanton lawlessness, all in the pretense of winning the affection of the Muslim world he so shamelessly seeks to mollify.  His endangerment of our sons and daughters by allowing an avowed enemy of the USA to gain incontrovertible nuclear weapon-grade materials within the decade, and ICBM delivery systems, capable of delivering their nuclear payload all the way to America, are grounds for his immediate impeachment and senatorial removal from office, as the first American president to be impeached and booted from office for his treachery. 

     At the same time as the impeachment proceedings, I would work to draft and pass thru both houses, a pre-approved Declaration of War empowering the President to take all necessary actions to protect the American people.  Militant, American-hating Iran must never be allowed to develop a nuclear weapon or ICBM delivery, which they will certainly use as they attempt to bring Islamic World Governance and the prophetic return of the 12th Imam.

If we were attacked again in a manner similar to 9/11, what should be our response and what, if anything, should we do differently than we did before?

1. We should NEVER be taken by surprise by this kind of attack.  We have the intelligence system to detect this kind of attack coordination and anti-American hatred.  With encouraged communication and good intelligence, we can STOP it BEFORE it ever happens. 

2. Should one or none of the four hijacked aircraft get through our detection, we should already have intelligence in place to know within hours, the source of attack and the complicity of foreign nations who assisted or facilitated and respond with force and clarity, demanding immediate disclosure and cooperation, helping us to pursue and exterminate the culprits with impunity and severity. 

3.  Swiftness with hyper-clarity, with immediate termination of the assembled enemy and their allies, would foster immediate respect for America and strengthen bonds and alliances around the globe. 

Why does the US need all these bases overseas?

America is the sole-superpower of the world but is not the world’s policeman.  We have many other powerful allies in the world who can help us keep the world a safe and orderly sphere. 

     Does America need 800-900 overseas US military bases to help keep the world a semi-peaceful planet?  No.  It is not our job and the financial cost of $18.5 trillion in DEBT is too great, even for America.  We can substantially reduce our global military footprint with treaties, alliances, and sound financial decision-making on what we can and cannot afford and a review of our bona fide strategic national interests.

Please discuss what America's proper relationship to Israel should be using past and present relationships for comparison.

     America is the co-founder, sponsor, protector and longtime friend of the Democracy of Israel.  Under President Obama, this unique protectorship and 60-year friendship has been strained to the limit as Obama has a strong personal dislike for Prime Minister Netanyahu and has continuously shown a stunning preference to support any Islamic antagonist in Obama’s constant berating of Israel and of blaming Hamas rocket attacks into Israel on the Israelis themselves.

      America must stand with Israel as the closest of allies.  Christians across the United States feel a Biblical mandate to stand with Israel and not be found amongst those nations who will prophetically be united against Israel for her destruction in the End Times, when we believe Christ will return and lay waste to all who are gathered against Israel.  I stand with Israel and with God’s teachings and wisdom.

Under what conditions should the US take military action in the Middle East? - What good did the Vietnam war, Korean War, Afghanistan war, Iran war accomplish? Who benefited? Who lost?

     The USA should take military action in the Middle East when in the clear judgment of the President of the United States AND with his powerful persuasion (via the evidence) of the Congress, America’s vital national interests have been violated or seriously compromised.  Absent the Nation’s strong political will and unified, swift, corrective action we will find ourselves enmeshed in decades of unending warfare where no one benefits except the industrial military complex who sell the instruments of death and destruction.  Swift and overwhelming force with clearly stated objectives that restore our vital interests are essential to survival as a nation in a very dangerous and violent world.

     When America watches the Twin Trade Towers melt to the ground and the Pentagon on fire; both from organized, Islamic-jihadist, terrorist attacks on the USA, the entire nation benefits from the flow of self-confidence and security which surges from our courage to act to neutralize this deadly threat.  Any world power that rises up its ugly head to strike, maim, destroy or murder Americans or our allies must be dealt with swiftly and with the appropriate force of the American people.  American military inaction is always perceived as “global weakness” and immediately invites the vile creatures of this world to rise up and walk with depravity upon all civilizations who do not have the moral strength to say “enough!”

Please explain why you support or oppose federal subsidies?

     Federal subsidies play a critical role in our security and vibrancy as a nation, especially with agriculture, which if neglected or relegated to world markets could cost us horrific starvation in times of global warfare or pestilence, when our enemies could hold all the tools of food production.  As a vital part of our national survival, we must maintain our national food production capacity, skills and advancements. 

     But like all entities run or managed by the federal government, subsidies are horrifically subject to perversion, abuse and outright corruption over time.  Subsidies in agriculture, fossil fuels, roads, water, fisheries and forestry have all played critical roles at times, in helping America stay sovereign, competitive and productive.  But these very same industries have also contributed to as much as $2 trillion annually in waste and fraud.  Continuous review, audit and revision are “musts” for all government subsidies.  The genuine governmental goal must be to “let the free market work” , but never at the risk of losing our national sovereignty via vital resource production.

 What have you done, or will commit to do, to reduce federal spending? Where specifically do the cuts need to be made?

     I will work to gather support and passage of Congressman Mack’s Penny Plan, which reduces every federal budget by one penny of every dollar, each year until we balance the budget and begin the massive pay-down of the $18.5 trillion National Debt.  The Penny Plan is supported by Ted Cruz, Rand Paul and Ben Carson and will save $7.6 trillion over 10 years.  I have called for this Penny Plan action for the past 8 months in debate and on line and in my political literature.

     Simultaneously I will work to eliminate the Department of Education and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) over a three-year phase out and NOT replace them.  Education will return 100% to the States and federal revenue collection will be given to the Department of the Treasury and collected as a National Sales Tax across the board; just like we do in every state for local taxes.

     The only exception to the Penny Plan cuts of 1% would be for the Department of Defense.  Our current military under Obama is still at war in Afghanistan and meanwhile cut almost to Pre-WWII manning levels which is always a dangerous position for our Nation. 

     Every democrat president cuts the national defense budget so that he can have more money to bribe his voters through so-called “entitlement” programs, which keep him elected.

What form of federal tax law do you support (e.g., current, flat tax, fair tax, other) and why?

     I support the Fair Tax because it is the best form of taxation that will fully expunge the Internal Revenue System and end the taxation of American income.  Income taxation overwhelmingly punishes those who work longer and harder hours to get ahead in life.  The Fair Tax is also the best tax to ensure fairness across the board via taxation thru a National Sales Tax which will be applied to all Americans.

Should private corporations be allowed to discriminate against potential customers based on their race, religious beliefs, sexual preference, or any other condition? Why or why not or under what conditions?

     Private corporations should be allowed to fully exercise their freedom of religious exercise at home, at church and in the workplace (corporation), and should find full protection under the law to do exactly this.  This is the essence of the 1st and most cherished of all the Constitutional Amendments.

There have been several mass shootings in recent years. What, if anything, should the federal government do to solve this problem?

The role of the federal government in reducing Obama’s ominously-celebrated “300 mass shootings this year in America, with over 400 dead!” is to fully enforce and support the Founders’ gift of self protection as enshrined in the Highest Law of the Land: the US Constitution.  I fully support the Constitutional Carry of firearms by all law-abiding American citizens in every state and in all circumstances.  Chicago’s “No guns policy” is a huge reason for most of the horrific mass shootings in America…all from downtown Chicago where no one but the criminal walks the street with a gun and where five “gun free” Chicago neighborhoods together out-kill world-murder-leaders Honduras, Venezuela, Belize, El Salvador and Guatemala. 

Under what conditions should the government monitor e-mail traffic for terrorist activity?

     In pursuit of criminal activity and with probable cause, and in times of national emergency, when American lives or vital national interests at home and abroad are in imminent danger, and for the reasonable shortest duration of time, the government, with a WARRRANT and continuous Congressional/legislative oversight, must be able to rapidly find and neutralize criminal activity via the invasion or temporary suspension of our Constitutionally protected rights of privacy. The 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 9th, and 14th amendments all protect our sacred privacy with the 4th keeping us “secure in our homes and papers”.  Email traffic is our “homes and papers” and must never be abrogated but rather only temporarily suspended with a WARRANT under the authority of a duly appointed magistrate with specific oversight of judging the rectitude of such suspension. Once the criminal probe is completed, email privacy must be speedily returned and gathered email records forthwith, expunged.

Please explain what types of information the government should be allowed to collect about individuals and their activities. Please be specific. What will you do to enable the collection of appropriate information and prevent the collection of inappropriate information?

     Government SHOULD collect data from government documents:  birth certificates, marriage certificates, voter registration data, selective service data, driver license information etc. and any information related to criminal activity as approved by a judicial magistrate.

     Government should NOT collect: weapons ownership records, email records, internet research activity, phone conversations, and any activity of law-abiding citizens.

Please explain your interpretation of the Tenth Amendment and the principle of nullification. Do states have a right of nullification? What should the federal government do if a state attempts nullification?

     States have the Constitutional right (Amendment X) to nullify any power exercised by the Federal Government not expressly delegated or enumerated to the Federal Government by the Constitution.  The Federal Government then has the Constitutional mandate to enforce all laws of the United States as the Supreme Law of the Land, upon their 50 United States, to maintain good order and lawful conduct and to avoid anarchy and the dissolution of the Nation.  The result of this seeming stalemate is that the state claiming “nullification” should work to gain many additional states to join their point of view, and the Federal Government, seeing this growing voice, should work to change or alter the law to find more agreeable remedies, to avoid civil war and ultimate secession of the offended states.     Nullification is that powerful tool of the States to demand that the Federal Government stay within its 18 enumerated powers and the States are the only instrument that can and must hold an ambitious Federal Government in check.

Do you support or oppose requiring schools, public health departments or any medical personnel to secure consent from a parent or legal guardian before prescribing, dispensing or administering contraceptive drugs or devices to a minor?

     I support the legal right of all parents to mandate that their consent be required before any contraceptive drugs or devices be given to a minor.  When a minor is without a competent legal guardian then a local magistrate must act in this void for the counsel and welfare of the minor.

Do you support or oppose allowing a panel of qualified doctors to overrule the decisions of parents of a minor who has a serious medical situation and, if so, under what conditions?

     Parents must have the final say in all serious medical conditions involving the life of their minor child.  Without the parents legal and sole discretion, what is to prevent having children hooked up to life support for decades, or endless medical “experiments” by order of a rotating team of faceless doctors, in order to keep hospital beds filled and federal healthcare dollars pumping in; all at the abuse of the life of a child? 

     The exception would be when parents or guardians of the child are mentally incapable of making a decision for the welfare of their child.  In this case a magistrate should make the decision as to the capacity of the guardians and the decision on the medical care and life-decision for the child.

At what point should the "right to life" or "personhood" be granted to new human beings (e.g., at conception, birth, 5 days old, etc)? What action, if any, will you take to reflect this in law?

The right to life and personhood should be acknowledged from the moment of conception…when life truly begins.  I will introduce, co-sponsor and support all legislation that acknowledges life from conception and label as “murder/killing” the medical decision to terminate that life.

What are the pros and cons of central banking?    Please include in your discussion the Federal Reserve in particular and its policies and actions?

     The Federal Reserve (America’s privately owned, secretive, inaccessible, behind-the-scenes monopoly of US banking and monetary policy which thus controls our entire US economy) is in desperate need of an honest, meticulous, independent congressional AUDIT.  I agree with Congressman Ron Paul’s Federal Reserve Transparency Act of 2011 and I call for an immediate, full audit of the Federal Reserve Board and the twelve regional banks with a focus on the valuation of securities. 

     Did the Fed recently monetize the National Debt by printing money to buy government bonds as Senator Mike Lee recently charged (which Janet Yellen promptly denied)?  We must be able to quickly discover the integrity of the Fed as our entire banking and monetary system are in their hands and there is no Constitutionally mandated congressional oversight anymore “to coin money and regulate the value thereof.”  This congressionally enumerated power to coin and regulate must be won back to the Congress.

      In September of 2014 the House voted a stunningly bipartisan 333-92 in favor or Congressman Paul’s Transparency Act, then it died in the democrat-controlled Harry Reid Senate with no action ever taken to even look at it.

     The U.S. Congress has an obligation to be a “shining light” on the Fed because the Fed has too many private interests and owners, is not a part of the Federal Government, and must have taxpayer accountability!  If We the People cannot gain transparency, then I fully support the termination of the Federal Reserve.  If we can gain legitimate transparency, then the decision on the way-ahead must be determined by the revelations of accountability as discovered by the independent audit.

Do you support "Free Trade Agreements", such as NAFTA? Why or why not?

     As a general rule, I love and support Free Trade with our allies and international friends.  I no longer support NAFTA nor do I support giving President Obama fast-track authority on the Trans Pacific Partnership as I do not trust his judgment, motives or good faith on behalf of the USA, nor do I condone the treacherous erosion of legislative powers which are amassing with the Executive Branch, which is very dangerous to our Constitutional balance of powers. 

     I originally welcomed NAFTA as a chance to finally defeat the Democrat Labor Unions and their strangle-hold on the American labor force who were then driving American production costs out the roof at a terrible price to we, the consumers here at home. NAFTA was hugely successful in humbling the out-of-control labor unions, but now it also poses terrible risks to our economy and to our sovereignty as “free trade” appears more and more to be Obama’s highway to socialism and the ultimate destruction of the free enterprise system.

Please explain why you do or do not support Common Core.

     I do not support Common Core because the Federal Government has no Constitutional authority to dictate education to the States.  I loathe the idea of the Federal Government dictating educational standards and moral imperatives to our American youth on any level.  All education must be directed by the crucible of the States, with maximum contributions from local school boards and parents.

 Do you believe that humans are a major contributor to climate change and if so, what action(s) should the federal government take?

     I believe that humans contribute an infinitesimally small volume of CO2 to the atmosphere which the oceans and plant life voraciously consume in order to produce oxygen in greater abundance in the great, natural cycle of life.   I believe that the sun and the world’s vast oceans are the major influencers of the world’s climate, which simply heats and cools over and over again across the millennia.  I further believe that the earth has warmed a lethargic .8 degrees F over the past 150 years and is now in the midst of a 30-50 year documented cooling period that has NO anthropogenic (man-caused) explanation.  I additionally believe that hundreds of thousands of years before mankind in any form was upon the earth, the earth has been heating and cooling and heating and cooling...all in tiny fractions of degrees and having absolutely NOTHING to do with mankind’s exhalation or cooking fire emissions.

     I also believe that the “global panic” over climate warming/cooling/change is a direct result of political manipulation of the masses.  A small slice of the democrat party is hoping to create pandemonium with the purposefully exaggerated fear that the “sky is falling” (New York City is going 20+ feet underwater in 50 years!!) in hope that the incumbent party of the White House could create sufficient chaos to make Albert Gore a multi-billionaire by his and his cronies investments in “green energy” as America and the world raced panic-stricken to cease using low cost carbon-based fossil fuels, and jumped to very expensive, heavily subsidized “renewables”.

    I trust in good, non-politicized scientific research which is unafraid to follow the facts wherever they lead; not following the money to whomever is paying for the politicized, single-outcome “research”.

Please list all rights to which non-citizens are entitled.

     I hold that all American non-citizens are entitled to the 14th Amendment’s language that; “nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty or property without due process of law…nor deny equal protection of the laws.”  All non-citizens and even illegal aliens cannot be killed, robbed, raped, beaten, abducted or physically maimed just because they are tourist non-citizens or because they are here illegally in America. 

     As to the other protections and rights under the Constitution including the latest August 2015 court decisions that illegals now have “the right” to possess firearms while here illegally; I see the courts vacillating based on changing political currents and hopes to even win the “right” for illegal aliens to vote in federal elections--Democrats leading this charge with the clear aspiration that appeased illegal aliens will vote “democrat” on the next ballot in gratitude for the hand-out. 

     Non-citizens do NOT have Constitutional rights in my mind: they have Constitutional protections.  Any person who is here in the USA illegally MUST be deported and come back to the USA legally.  If they want our American “rights” they must apply for citizenship and win it on their merit and good character and likelihood to contribute meaningfully to this great nation.

What measures can Congress take to ensure the preservation of traditional family values and what is your commitment to fight for those measures?

     Congress can pass my 30th Amendment: Marriage between only a man and a woman.  I will introduce this Amendment every new congress to which I am elected and work doggedly behind the scenes to get it enacted into law.  I believe that any nation that turns its back on God’s laws of sacred morality will lose the blessings of heaven upon that Nation.  America has already gone too far down the road of embracing homosexual marriage and now with Supreme Court justification and enforcement.  We must turn back this evil tide with an Amendment to the Constitution; the only tool of government to overturn the Supreme Court.
